He set another World record finishing 0.57 seconds faster than the mark he set at the US trials this year.He finished first in 200m Medley Final in 1:54.23.It was Phelps' 12th career Olympic gold medal, breaking the records of Mark Spitz, Carl Lewis and two others for most golds.
